The photo in the top right of my blog was taken on my first Diner and corned beefhashadventure, that I wrote about here. When I returned to the US in January this year I made the pilgrimage back to the Summit Diner in order to eat the... Thehashsymbol has other uses, notably for denoting indices ("I\'m #1!") or phone numbers ("Dude, what\'s your #?"). It\'s hard to avoid these kinds of collisions and they are simply something to consider modifying a common communication... So how does it really compare to the corned beefhashserved everyday at the Summit Diner in NJ? Pretty damn good I reckon, although it\'s different, it\'s homemade...and I guess this is where The Burger Project, The Bun Chronicles and... After talking about corned beefhashthe other day I realised I hadn\'t had it in about fifteen years!
